Facebook targeting

Did you know that ad algorithms in Facebook work differently now? It is now optimized to work with a potential reach of at least 1 million. What should you do with this?

Set up Facebook targeting

Try to target all cities in your area instead of creating separate ads for every city. Choose option “Everyone in this location” that will let you translate your ads both to locals and tourists.

Also, you can expand levels of the age and interests of the audience.

If you use lookalike audience try to set Audience size range more than 1% and use 5-10%.

At the same time, remember about focus! Don’t expand your audience getting people from the cities where you do not operate just because you need to reach 1 million users. It’s better to have less but of a good quality.
