Are there any additional fees?
There are some additional services you can activate. Fixed cost for zones, URL customization, driver payout configuration. These services do require additional fees.
Can I change plans anytime?
You can easily change plans via support inquiry to email@example.com. You can switch plans the week before your current billing cycle ends.
If I make over 100 orders within the Start plan, how will the billing work?
Start plan billing is progressive. Once your first 100 orders are made, the system will proceed to bill every next order as an additional order charge.
Am I charged for my plan at the beginning or end of the month?
Minimum package charges are debited from your company balance at the beginning of each billing cycle/month. The charges for extra driver licences (for the Scale plan) or every order over 100 (for the Start plan) are put on an account as soon as an extra licence is added or an “over 100” order is made. This happens at any time of the current billing cycle.
Will I get a refund if I delete/suspend additional drivers on the Scale plan in the middle of the current billing cycle?
If you delete/suspend drivers in the middle of the billing cycle, the charges for them will STOP from the beginning of the new billing cycle. However, there are no refunds provided for the current cycle.
