We are looking for Senior Technical Business Analyst to join Network Unit.

What you’ll do:

• Own the discovery phase of third-party integrations, from initial business request to implementation-ready specifications
• Work closely with stakeholders across the company: Product team, Customer Success, Business Development, Engineering, Support and external partners
• Analyze new integration opportunities, evaluate their business value, technical feasibility and potential impact on the Onde platform
• Research APIs, technical documentation and integration capabilities to identify the most suitable implementation approach
• Collect, analyze, and formalize business requirements, participate in architectural discussions, prepare task specifications and Definition of Done
• Validate requirements and proposed solutions with stakeholders and ensure all requirements are fully aligned and agreed upon
• Collaborate with architects and developers during solution design to ensure requirements are technically feasible and scalable
• Support product prioritization by providing structured analysis and business impact evaluation
• Maintain and improve documentation standards for integrations and technical discovery
• Work primarily on requests from partners and the product team, with occasional opportunities to initiate your own projects

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in as a Business Analyst, Technical Business Analyst, System Analyst or similar roles in tech/SaaS companies
• Strong experience collecting, analyzing and documenting business and technical requirements and transforming them into clear, structured tasks
• Experience writing clear technical documentation, functional specifications, CJMs, SRS, user stories and acceptance criteria
• Experience working with third-party integrations and APIs
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders, align expectations, and communicate clearly
• Experience working with technical teams (developers, QA) and participating in solution architecture discussions
• Strong analytical and systems thinking with the ability to evaluate both business value and technical feasibility, dependencies, constraints in complex platforms
• Solid understanding of APIs, authentication methods, webhooks, client-server architecture and integration patterns
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple discoveries simultaneously and drive requirements clarification
• Upper Intermediate English or higher 

Nice to have:

• Hands-on experience with analytics, metrics, and data-informed decision-making
• Experience with payment gateways, fintech or payment integrations
• Expertise in designing high-load, scalable, complex multi-user solutions
• Experience with fiscalization, invoicing or financial systems
• Experience working with ride-hailing, mobility or marketplace products
• Technical background or experience working closely with backend systems and/or experience with API design
• Knowledge of GDPR
• Experience with A/B tests
