Does that sound like a dream place to you? Read up, buddy!
We help ambitious entrepreneurs to start a ride-hailing (taxi). Our SaaS solution and marketing assistance is what we provide our business partners with.
To do that right, we’ve got:
- 14 years of expertise in developing an all-in-one platform
- Amazing team of specialists working and playing hard
- Opportunity for all employees to influence the product and take initiative
- Focus on quality, no strict deadlines
- Flexible management
- Healthy work-life balance
Technology alone doesn’t build a successful ride-hailing business. Partners need to run efficient operations, manage driver supply and maintain strong ride performance.
That’s why we are looking for a Partner Operations Manager to work directly with our partners and help them improve and scale their ride-hailing operations 🚀
We expect:
- 2–4 years at top-tier consulting firms (McKinsey & Company, Bain & Company, Boston Consulting Group) or fast-track operational roles at companies like Uber, Bolt, Careem
- Willingness to travel extensively (40–50% of the time)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience using operational data to improve performance
- Experience in running operational workshops and implementing processes for partner businesses
- Ability to manage multiple high-impact accounts (10–15) and drive measurable business results
You’re a perfect match if you can:
- Take ownership of complex operational challenges and drive them to resolution
- Thrive in high-intensity, fast-moving environments and sustain energy over long, travel-heavy weeks
- Analyze ride and operational data to find bottlenecks and implement practical solutions with partner teams
- Introduce and optimize operational processes at the partner level: driver onboarding, supply management, pricing calibration, and completion rate recovery
- Communicate clearly and influence partner teams and internal stakeholders to drive alignment and execution
- Stay persistent when problems are messy and solutions are not obvious
- Adapt quickly to different markets, cultures, and operational contexts
As a team member you will:
- Own a portfolio of 10–15 strategic partner accounts, responsible for improving operational performance and supporting GMV growth
- Travel to partner locations across MENA, East Africa, Latin America, and other regions to work directly with partner teams
- Analyze ride data and operational metrics to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement
- Implement operational processes and improvements in collaboration with partner teams
- Run workshops, operational reviews, and debrief sessions with partner teams to align on improvement plans
- Provide structured feedback from partners to the Product team to help improve the platform and processes
