We’re looking for a proactive and relationship-driven Partner Executive to join our team and support the success and growth of our Signature business partners.
What you’ll do:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Onde key partners
- Understand partners' business goals, challenges and growth plans
- Help partners overcome business challenges and unlock growth opportunities through product, operational, and commercial initiatives
- Coordinate initiatives across product, engineering, operations, marketing, and other teams
- Turn partner requests and ideas into actionable plans and follow them through to delivery
- Lead discussions, planning sessions, and negotiations with partners
- Advocate for partner needs internally while balancing company priorities
- Monitor partner performance, identify risks and proactively address issues
- Support partners in launching new services, expanding into new markets, and growing their business
- Deliver a high-quality partner experience and build long-term trust
We expect:
- 4+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Business Development, Consulting or a similar client-facing role
- Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders and complex business relationships
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to turn ideas into measurable outcomes
- Experience coordinating multiple teams and driving initiatives from concept to delivery
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to prioritize effectively and focus on what creates the biggest impact
- High level of ownership, independence, and accountability
- Comfort working in a fast-changing environment with diverse challenges
- Fluency in English
- Professional working proficiency in Arabic is highly preferred
Nice to have:
- Experience working with partners or clients in the Middle East
- Experience in SaaS, mobility, transportation, or technology companies
