We’re looking for a Middle+ Data Analyst who will conduct research, uncover insights, build recommendations, and create analytical solutions that help partners achieve Zero Blind Spots, and enable product teams to maximize confidence in decision-making.
You will work across both product and operational analytics, contributing to the development of passenger and driver applications, as well as improving operational tools used by partners - including blocking systems, motivation mechanics, loyalty programs, pricing, and order distribution.
What you’ll do:
- Conduct product and operational research, uncover insights, and propose growth opportunities
- Analyze marketplace performance metrics, including pricing efficiency and order distribution logic
- Perform operational analytics to improve partners’ efficiency: blocking rules, motivation mechanics, loyalty programs, etc.
- Conduct partner performance analytics: funnel analytics, success drivers, bottleneck detection, and identifying what enables partners to scale and succeed
- Investigate anomalies in key metrics, identify root causes, and propose solutions
- Build dashboards and self-service analytical tools for internal teams and business partners
- Contribute to building the analytics platform, including data marts and metric definitions
- Design, run, and analyze A/B tests and controlled experiments
- Present findings to stakeholders and translate insights into clear recommendations
You’re a great fit if you have:
- 3+ years of experience in product or data analytics
- Experience running A/B tests and practical knowledge of statistics and probability theory
- Proficiency in SQL, including working with large datasets and building analytical data marts
- Strong Python skills for data analysis and visualization (pandas, numpy, scipy)
- Experience with BI tools: Redash, Tableau, Power BI, Superset, or similar
- Analytical and critical mindset, structured thinking, and strong problem-solving approach
- Ability to justify conclusions, communicate insights clearly, and present findings to cross-functional teams
- Upper-Intermediate English or higher
Nice to have:
- Experience working with ClickHouse
- Background in marketplace or mobility analytics
- Experience building dashboards for external stakeholders
- Interest or experience applying AI-powered analytical tools
