We are looking for Senior Business Analyst&Team Leader to join Customers&Drivers Team.
Main focus of the team to develop solutions that deliver excellent experience to the drivers and the passengers who use the Onde platform and applications - from their first experience to a long-term retention and engagement. You will help our partners to grow their businesses through the lens of the end-user experience.
What you’ll do:
- Lead and manage a team of backend developers and QA engineers, supporting their growth and effectiveness
- Work closely with stakeholders across the company: product teams, sales, accounting, support
- Own the backlog: prioritization, grooming, roadmap planning, and alignment with cross-team initiatives
- Collect, analyze, and formalize business requirements, participate in architectural discussions, prepare task specifications and Definition of Done
- Validate solutions with stakeholders and ensure all requirements are fully aligned and agreed upon
- Handle end-to-end delivery: timelines, risks, discovery & delivery process, releases, and post-release coordination
- Work with Support to ensure smooth adoption of the delivered functionality
- Communicate new features and releases to internal teams and clients
- Monitor and improve team metrics, including product KPIs (e.g., adoption, usage, quality) and team efficiency metrics (delivery speed, predictability, throughput)
- Work primarily on requests from other product teams (the Customers & Drivers Team delivers cross-product functionality), with occasional opportunities to initiate your own projects
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in product ownership, business analysis, project management, or similar roles in tech/SaaS companies
- Experience in leading teams (formal or informal): supporting people, improving processes, resolving conflicts, building ownership
- Strong skills in collecting and analyzing business requirements and transforming them into clear, structured tasks
- Good understanding of software delivery process, including backlog management, prioritization, release management, and cross-team coordination
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders, align expectations, and communicate clearly
- Experience working with technical teams (developers, QA) and participating in solution architecture discussions
- Solid understanding of systems thinking, dependencies, and constraints in complex platforms
- Ability to manage project timelines, risks, and delivery scope
- Solid understanding of the client-server architecture
- Solid expertise in drawing up CJMs, SRS and use cases
- Proven expertise in designing high-load, scalable, complex multi-user solutions
- Intermediate English or higher
Nice to have:
- Hands-on experience with analytics, metrics, and data-informed decision-making
- Basic technical background or experience working closely with backend systems and/or experience with API design
- Experience in mobility/ride-hailing or other
- Knowledge of GDPR
- Experience with A/B tests
