We are looking for Marketing Team Leader, not CMO - someone who executes alongside the team, not just delegates.
We expect:
- 5+ years overall experience in digital marketing, including 3+ years in B2B SaaS or tech product marketing
- 2+ years experience in team management
- Proven track record of planning and executing successful product launches and major feature releases, with measurable results
- Demonstrated ability to build and scale organic lead generation - not just maintain it
- Deep hands-on expertise in SEO and GEO (AI-driven search, LLM visibility, answer engine optimization)
- Experience growing a YouTube channel as a B2B lead generation channel
- Ability to identify and automate routine marketing workflows using AI tools (content generation, reporting, keyword research, etc.)
- Experience in working with Europe and/or USA markets
- Regularly tests new growth approaches, analytics tools, and sharing learnings and knowledge with a team
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills (B2+) - ability to communicate with teammates and company leadership on a daily basis
You will be involved in:
- Driving organic lead generation action plan and executing it across SEO, GEO, and YouTube - owning the full funnel from visibility to sign-up
- Collaborating cross-functionally with product and sales teams to align messaging, timing, and go-to-market launches
- Analyzing marketing performance data and turning insights into actionable decisions - not just reporting numbers
- Reporting and discussing initiatives to the CEO and Head of the Business Development team
- Building and scaling content strategies with copywriters and marketers designed for compounding organic growth over time
- Introducing and embedding AI-powered workflows into the team's daily operations - content generation, keyword research, reporting, and beyond in collaboration with website team
- Overseeing the performance, prioritization of the tasks, mentoring and empowering the teams
Nice to have:
- Experience in mobility, SaaS products, or with product B2B2C
- Hands-on with tools like SeRanking, Semrush, Surfer, Looker, and Claude for analyzing massive data and content ops
- Experience in conducting growth experiments - forming hypotheses, running tests, and iterating fast (we use Growthbook)
- Ability to develop and execute a product GTM strategy from positioning to launch
- Practical experience in building or configuring AI agents to automate marketing tasks
- Influencer and partner co-marketing experience - identifying, negotiating, and measuring impact
- Personally created content - written or video - not just managed others who do
- Experience in emerging or developing markets (Africa, South East Asia, LATAM) - relevant given Onde's geographic reach
