We're looking for a hands-on Marketing Team Leader who will own the evolution of Onde's marketing from a well-running demand-gen engine with Sales-Led Growth to a full Product-Led Growth funnel. You'll work at the intersection of growth strategy, marketing automation, and data - building the systems that turn Onde into a SaaS product.
You'll work directly with our CEO and Head of BizDev team to instrument workflows, run attribution, and make PLG mechanics work in practice - not just on paper.
You will be involved in:
- PLG funnel strategy and execution - design and optimize the full self-serve funnel from awareness to activation and partner growth (LTV), with Onde Light as the cornerstone product
- SaaS conversion infrastructure - own pricing page strategy, onboarding flows, and in-product growth loops in collaboration with Product
- CRM and marketing automation - build and maintain workflows in Attio together with our BizDev lead; automate lead scoring, lifecycle triggers, and email sequences related to a lead stage or funnel experiment point
- Organic growth - maintain and scale SEO/GEO performance, YouTube as a B2B lead gen channel, and content operations
- Marketing process automation - preserve and improve existing processes, turn manual workflows into automated ones, and evolve the overall motion toward PLG
- Team leadership - manage and grow a small marketing team; share learnings, keep them motivated, and drive high performance
- Referral and partner attribution - design and instrument referral programs; ensure every channel's contribution is measurable
- Web and Mobile attribution - own end-to-end attribution across mobile and web channels using relevant tools; connect spend to activation and revenue
We expect:
- 5+ years overall experience in digital marketing, including 3+ years in B2B SaaS or tech product marketing and 2+ years managing a team
- Proven track record of planning and executing successful product launches and major feature releases, with measurable results
- Proven experience designing and running a PLG or self-serve SaaS funnel - you can speak to activation rates, time-to-value, and what moved them
- Hands-on attribution experience - you understand attribution windows, multi-touch models, and how to use data to make channel decisions
- Hands-on with CRM workflow automation - you've built lifecycle or lead nurturing workflows yourself, not just briefed someone else to
- Demonstrated ability to build and scale organic lead generation - SEO, GEO (AI-driven search, LLM visibility, answer engine optimization), not just maintain it
- Ability to identify and automate routine marketing workflows using AI tools - content generation, reporting, keyword research
- Experience working with Europe and/or USA markets
- Regularly tests new growth approaches and analytics tools, and shares learnings with the team
- English B2 or above - comfortable with async written and verbal communication with colleagues and the CEO
Nice to have:
- Experience with CRM implementation or setting up workflows for product marketing needs
- Hands-on with tools like SeRanking, Semrush, Surfer, Looker, and Claude for analyzing massive data and content ops
- Practical experience in building or configuring AI agents to automate marketing tasks
- Experience in conducting growth experiments - forming hypotheses, running tests, and iterating fast (we use Growthbook)
- Ability to develop and execute a product GTM strategy from positioning to launch
- Experience in emerging or developing markets (Africa, South East Asia, LATAM) - relevant given Onde's geographic reach
- You have experience in Mobility attribution
