In 2025, we improved Onde apps and the admin panel to make the experience more flexible and convenient for our partners. In this blog post, we’ll highlight which new features were added and how they can help you with your mobility operations. Some new features add more options for your customers or drivers, while others add more transparency and increase your control of the operations.

The Pickup Insights Map

The Pickup Insights Map is a map-based visualization in the Analytics section that helps to understand where orders are being picked up within the company’s current operational area. It provides a clear and interactive overview of demand hotspots and areas with performance issues.

Pre-defined charge types for driver balances

We’ve added a pre-defined list of charge types to the manual adjustments of driver balance in My hub. Now, My hub users can select standard adjustment reasons to easily understand charges in driver balances, which simplifies their work and makes the process more consistent.

Flexible rounding visibility for apps

Partners can now control the visibility of rounding correction information in both Driver and Customer apps. In some cases, it will reduce confusion for customers and improve driver satisfaction by addressing their concerns about perceived income loss.

Call masking (phone number hiding)

Partners now have an option to hide customer and driver phone numbers from each other that can be managed on a service type level. This increases perceived safety for both customers and drivers.

Editable WASL documents

Company managers in Saudi Arabia can now edit the values of the driver’s WASL documents in the driver profile in My hub. A new custom document category ‘WASL’ is added.

Customer app: How Customer app became more user-friendly 

  • Dark mode for partners with a dark brand theme was added to the Customer app.

  • Right-to-left elements orientation on screens is now supported for the Arabic locale in the Driver app on iOS devices.
  • A simplified registration process was introduced: it’s now clearer how to upload pictures.
