Now, we’re looking for a Senior UA Manager who will help our partners unlock their full potential, optimize campaigns and drive growth 🚀

What you’ll do:

  • Run ad campaigns for partners, managing traffic and user acquisition across various digital channels (Google ads, Meta ads, Apple Store ads etc.)
  • Plan, launch and optimize marketing campaigns using our expertise to help partners reach their growth goals
  • Track and analyze campaign results with Google Analytics and Appsflyer, share insights and adjust strategies for better outcomes
  • Close cooperation with the analytics department. Creation and configuration of an end-to-end marketing funnel and dashboards
  • Contribute as an expert in communication with partners, sharing insights and strengthening collaboration
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities by showcasing the value of our marketing services to potential partners

We are a match if you have:

  • 5+ years of overall experience in marketing, minimum 3 years in user acquisition
  • An extensive experience working in performance marketing agency
  • Advanced proficiency in Appsflyer, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Apple Store Ads and ASO
  • An ability to create banners and videos in order to timely test different visuals and concepts
  • A data-driven mindset with solid analytical skills
  • A proactive, self-driven approach
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Upper Intermediate level of English

Would be a huge plus:

  • Leadership experience in a performance marketing agency
