Google requires developers to declare an account type and provide contact information about their businesses in Google Play Console. To add account details please go to the corresponding section in your Google Play Console (find the screenshot below).

Developers are also required to enable two-step verification for their accounts. Please add two-step verification following the link below:
https://www.google.com/landing/2step/

Those accounts failing to meet these requirements will not be able to update their apps till all the requirements are fulfilled. Please make sure you have updated all the information needed till the end of this year.
