As a Talent Sourcer you will:
- Source and attract candidates for both business and technical roles based on specific team requirements
- Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent
- Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand and meet hiring needs
- Source candidates through various platforms, including LinkedIn, Google, GitHub and others
- Conduct pre-screening interviews with candidates
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout recruitment process
We expect:
- 1-2 years of experience in IT recruitment field
- Proficiency in various sourcing techniques, including Boolean Search
- Written and spoken English skills (Upper Intermediate+)
- Developed soft skills, ability to deal with staff and job candidates
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and internal teams
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
