We’re looking for a proactive and relationship-driven Account Manager to join our team and support the success and growth of our business customers worldwide. In this role, you’ll be the key point of contact for our clients - understanding their goals, helping them navigate our platform, and identifying opportunities to deliver added value through best practices and smart use of our services.

Whether you're from IT or a different background like operations, finance, or legal, if you know how to manage and grow client relationships, structure negotiations, and guide partners through complex topics - we want to hear from you 🎙

As an Account Manager you will:

  • Build strong, long-term relationships with business customers
  • Analyze customer needs, goals, and data to suggest impactful solutions
  • Act as a strategic partner, guiding clients on how to get the most from our platform
  • Collaborate with internal teams to solve customer challenges and optimize their experience
  • Lead communications, planning, and negotiation processes with clients

We expect:

  • At least 3 years of experience as an Account Manager or in a client-facing role involving strategic communication, planning, legal/financial discussions or operations
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills - you understand people and can lead conversations with empathy and purpose
  • Ability to work with data: analyze patterns, extract insights and turn them into action
  • Curiosity and a drive for learning - you enjoy solving problems and exploring new topics
  • Fluency in English and Spanish (French is a considerable plus)
