Now we are looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to support our acquisition activities. In this role, you will collaborate with the Marketing team to execute and optimize digital marketing campaigns both B2B and B2C (mobile apps). You will analyze data, generate improvements, and develop hypotheses based on insights gained to enhance the sales pipeline and maintain a steady flow of targeted leads.
You will:
- Execute marketing campaigns across digital platforms (Google ads, Meta, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, Pinterest). Our main focus is on Google and Meta.
- Analyze campaign performance data and provide insights
- Contribute to budget management and optimization strategies
- Prepare regular reports on campaign performance and offer recommendations for improvements
- Launch, manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns for internal products and partner (client) initiatives across various teams
- Working with multiple campaigns simultaneously
We expect:
- 2+ years of experience with PPC ads
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, including social media marketing (SMM), digital marketing, and performance marketing
- Proficiency in working with Google Ads (search, display), Meta
- Experience in working with Google Analytics, Appsflyer, Google tag manager
- Proficiency in launching campaigns from setup and warming up an account to testing hypotheses on a regular basis on LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter, Pinterest, Bing accounts
- Experience in B2B product company
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to drive actionable insights from data
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities
Nice to have:
- Experience in a digital (marketing) agency or in promoting mobile apps
- Experience in companies with B2B products with pricing plans from free to enterprise
