Onde gets more clients every day — and we need professionals to support them. This role is a blend of account management and technical support, ideal for someone who enjoys both relationship building and hands-on problem solving.

You will:

  • Act as the main point of contact for customers at the stage of apps creation
  • Liaise between client and colleagues from various teams, both technical and non-technical
  • Keeping track of incoming information from customers: documents, marketing materials, etc.
  • Take inquiries and requests from customers and address their needs pertaining to apps release; resolving complaints.
  • Generate ideas to improve processes of app releases & support

We look for someone who:

  • Is a team player willing to take initiative
  • Has a strong sense of responsibility and solid organisational skills
  • Has a great attention to details with a strong ability to prioritise
  • Has excellent problem solving skills
  • Has Intermediate or above English level (both written and spoken)
  • Is stress-resistant

Nice to have:

  • Know how to work effectively with diverse personalities
  • Understanding of App Store and Google Play guidelines
