We are team of like-minded people working on a white-label Food Delivery platform that helps entrepreneurs to start-up their delivery service within the local area. Our platform connects customers, restaurants, and couriers. We help our partners to become leaders in the delivery market.
Why are we looking for new team members?
We are looking for a Support Specialist who will be responsible for setting up of support process (incident/change management), SLA, tracking users requests, resolving tickets, addressing issues to appropriate teams, daily communication with the development team and end-users.
To do that right, we’ve got:

We await from candidates:
- 3+ years in providing in-depth Customer Support and troubleshooting for software products and multi-product platforms;
- Experience of daily management of the Customer Support team (shift schedule, case escalation, etc.);
- Basic knowledge and preferably experience in system administration
- Experience in software testing, knowledge of Postman or similar software;
- Experience with support ticket tracking system (like ZenDesk);
- Experience with support of a company as a client with multiple stakeholders, including decision makers
- English Level: B2+
Bonuses to candidates Karma, experience with/in:
- Management server software via bash/shell console and/or scripts;
- Support of ecommerce solutions;
- Operational management experience;
- Publishing mobile applications in App Store and\or Play Market.
- Configure environment for partners and internal purposes;
- Build and publish mobile apps for the team and partners;
- Technical support of leads during demo, partners during onboarding and operations;
- Sales Expert Activities — walkthrough and onboarding (help sales team);
