Sales / Account Manager (Playfood)

We are team of like-minded people working on a white-label Food Delivery platform that helps entrepreneurs to start-up their delivery service within the local area. Our platform connects customers, restaurants, and couriers. We help our partners to become leaders in the delivery market.

Now we are looking for a kick-ass Business Development Manager who will be in charge of all things sales.
You will:
  • Sell food-delivery platform to prospects and transform them into partners
  • Develop individual partnership conditions for every prospect
  • Demo and pre-sale activities during the negotiation process
  • Onboarding of new partners
  • Account management of new and established partners
  • Tracking and analyzing sales statistics
  • Assisting partners with solving their problems using existing tools inside our products
We are a perfect match if you:
  • Have 2+ years work experience as a Sales, Sales Executive, Business Development Manager or other relevant role
  • Possess some experience in customer success and account management
  • Have experience in B2B sales
  • Perform excellent verbal and written communication skills to communicate product ideas to prospects
  • Have an advanced level of English (C1+)
  • Are ready to work with the full sales cycle from sales management to account management, till the sales and customer success departments are fully established
  • Have experience with CRM software (Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or HubSpot) and Google Sheets (we use Overloop)

Would be a plus if you:

  • Have experience in food delivery or ride-hailing domains
  • used to work with any CRM and documentation (commercial offer; invoice; contract)
