As an Operational Manager you will work in a close cooperation with the Launch team and will be responsible for setting up business from scratch in Cambodia under our ride-hailing franchise Lolo.
We are a perfect match if you possess:
2+ years of proven work experience in startup, strategy, operations, growth, or related business experience
Outstanding communicational (verbal and written) and organizational skills
Excellent leadership capabilities
Strong problem solving skills
Excellent time management: ability to prioritize multiple competing tasks and projects by assessing urgency and importance
Theoretical understanding of ride-hailing business
Proficiency with Google Suite tools (Google Sheets, Google Slides, Google Docs)
Fluency in English, written and spoken
Responsibilities:
Drivers on-boarding and training
Implement and support growth initiatives in the territory, such as digital and offline marketing campaigns for attracting drivers and passengers to the service, new cities launches, etc
Supervise business performance and analyze customer behavior patterns to identify growth opportunities
Identify operational weaknesses and help improve related processes
Expansion of other cities
