We're searching for a passionate Recruiter to help us find top talent and bring fresh energy to our team. If you're excited about making a real impact and being part of a dynamic journey, we can't wait to meet you! 

Responsibilities:

• Work with current vacancies 
• Active cooperation with Talent Acquisition team as well as Tech and Business Teams 
• Pre-screen interviews with candidates
• Providing feedback and sending job offers to candidates
• Work with job boards and recruitment resources
• Recruitment and salary analytics
• Maintenance of candidate database
• An opportunity to participate in HR tasks and projects

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience in IT recruitment field
• Written and spoken English skills (Upper Intermediate+)
• Knowledge of a variety of sourcing methods
• Developed soft skills, ability to deal with staff and job candidates
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to multitask
• Strong problem solving ability, willingness to take initiative
