Onde is looking for an Exec Ops/ Business Assistant to the CEO in Lisbon, who is interested in gaining an inside understanding of how businesses are built and operate daily directly from the CEO's viewpoint. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the CEO, assisting with daily tasks, meetings, and projects
• Execution of tasks related to the CEO's personal life that are tightly intertwined with business
• Take care of routine business tasks to enable the executive to concentrate on high-priority responsibilities
• Screening, filtering out and managing requests for the CEO's time and attention
• Processing and handling personal documents, liaising with banks, government institutions, and other external organizations when necessary
• Ad hoc tasks based on your experience

Requirements:

• Exceptional interpersonal skills
• Proactive approach to problem-solving
• Ability to multitask
• Outstanding time-management and organisation skill
• Curiosity and aspiration for personal development 
• Proficiency in English and Portuguese
• Driver’s licence

Would be a plus:

• Finance, tech or business background
• Being located in Almada/Caparica area 
• Owning a personal vehicle
