Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and execution of innovative marketing strategies
• Identify, evaluate, and implement marketing automation tools and technologies to streamline processes, enhance customer experiences, and drive efficiency
• Inspire and guide a team to deliver impactful campaigns across channels
• Leverage data analytics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, identify trends, and provide actionable insights for optimization
• Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success of marketing initiatives, making data-driven decisions
• Stay ahead by spotting industry trends and growth opportunities

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field (Master's preferred)
• Minimum 5 years marketing experience, 3+ years in leadership
• Strategic thinker with strong data analytics skills
• Exceptional leadership and creative problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication skills for team motivation and clarity
• Adaptability in fast-paced environments and tech proficiency
• Fluent English
